Mahé, La Digue and Praslin: three iconic islands of the Seychelles, offering a fabulous blend of tropical forests and idyllic beaches. From island to island, the archipelago boasts unspoilt and virtually untouched nature - exceptional flora and fauna, from hundred-year-old turtles to bird colonies, not to mention its deserted coves, lagoons and coral reefs. The Seychelles also stands out for its small, secluded hideaways nestled between tropical gardens and the Indian Ocean. For this trip, we have chosen exceptional accommodation in charming settings with a relaxed atmosphere. You will have a rental car at your disposal on Mahé and Praslin to explore at your leisure. Aside from walking and swimming, a handful of wonderful experiences have also been added to your itinerary: on Mahé, a Creole lunch in the heart of a breathtaking estate; on La Digue, a champagne apéritif and canapés at sunset. Everyone will then be free to choose their own pace, be that continuing to explore the islands either on land or by sea, or taking the time to do nothing at all - on the sand, in a hammock or by the pool. Finally, if you have any sudden ideas or desires, or experience any minor setbacks, you will have the contact details of our on-site concierge, who can be reached at any time. In close cooperation with your travel expert, our concierge can help to adjust your itinerary even once you are there - spontaneity also has its place in paradise.

Your Accommodation

Since a trip to the Seychelles owes its success to the atmosphere, thoughtful touches and tranquility, we have selected three accommodation options whose charm remains a well-kept secret.
Mahé - Perched on a hill, your contemporary hotel boasts an elegant design that blends in perfectly with the surrounding greenery. With just ten suites, it is a small haven of calm and intimacy. The cool, cosy and perfectly equipped rooms open onto balconies overlooking the turquoise ocean. Guests are blessed with a beautiful infinity pool and a spa where massages and treatments ensure your bodies are bathed in positive energy.
La Digue - Your accommodation is a secret, whispered in your ear. The villas are located on the idyllic Anse Sévère, in the heart of a tropical garden. On site: Bikes for hire to explore the island, comfortable lounge areas for reading in peace, indoor and outdoor bars, a lagoon pool with ocean views and a spa set above the cove with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters. When it comes to dining, fusion cuisine takes centre stage, but you can also savour the traditional saltwater fish dish, bourgeois grillé, best eaten with your fingers.
Praslin - The architect has taken full advantage of the idyllic setting by designing a stepped structure. The chalets have around thirty rooms, all overlooking the endless ocean. Paths scented with exotic fragrances wind through the grounds and lead to a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace that invites you to laze around sunbathing. The restaurant is housed in a Creole building with a dazzling white façade. And below, you’ll find a golden beach and turquoise sea, beckoning you to come and relax the whole time.

Itinerary

100% customisable for you

Overnight flight arriving the following day.

Meet and greet at the airport then a private transfer to your first exclusive accommodation, perched on a hill on the north coast of the island. You’ll stay here for three nights. It is a contemporary hotel with refined décor and offers just a handful of cosy suites, fully equipped and decorated in fresh tones. From the balconies and windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. On site, there is an infinity pool, a gym and several cosy rooms, all inviting you to relax and unwind. And if relaxation is still not enough, you can head to the spa and entrust your wellbeing to expert hands offering soothing treatments and massages. As for your hire car, it will be dropped off right at the hotel.

Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, revolves around Victoria, the smallest capital city in the world that is full of charm with its colourful colonial houses. The most famous beaches are Beau Vallon, Anse Soleil, Anse la Mouche and Anse Intendance, all stunning with their granite rocks and emerald takamaka trees. For the more athletic: The island is abound with hiking trails, particularly in Morne Seychellois National Park.
On your itinerary - A Creole lunch in paradise.
You have a lunch reservation at a magnificent tropical estate. When the large wooden doors swing open, you will be greeted by the gentle swaying of slender palm trees and, further on, by the 65 hectares (160 acres) of nature in this beautifully preserved private reserve. At the end of the coconut grove is a splendid cove. It is in this idyllic setting that you will enjoy lunch before taking a tour of the property in a golf cart. Along the way, you’re sure to come across some tortoises - guardians of the tranquility of the place since time immemorial.

Not to be missed - The market in Victoria, capital of the Seychelles and home to a third of the population. The market here, the Sir Selwyn Selwyn-Clarke Market, small though it may be, is one of the few in the archipelago and is well worth a visit. Stroll from stall to stall, breathing in the scent of spices, before going for a walk in the botanical gardens or visiting the Clock Tower, a miniature replica of Big Ben, just in front of the Ministry of Justice. You can then visit the Victoria National Museum of History, which depicts the island’s fairly turbulent history. On leaving Victoria, after a few twists and turns, you’ll reach La Mission viewpoint, arguably one of the most beautiful on the island if you go in the morning and avoid the mist. Here you’ll find a magnificent tropical forest dotted with hiking trails.
To do - Hike up to the Copolia plateau. Perched 500 metres (1,640 feet) above sea level, it offers spectacular views of the lush green hills behind Victoria, the deep blue ocean and the neighbouring islands. The trail, which is moderately difficult and reasonably shaded, winds through the forests of Morne Seychellois National Park, giving you the chance to discover its endemic flora and fauna.
Optional - Private kayaking trip in the mangroves.

Private transfer to the airport and flight to Praslin. Another transfer to the port, then a ferry crossing to the island of La Digue. Settle in for two nights in a stunningly beautiful estate, where a few villas built in the local architectural style are scattered among tropical plants on the hillside. Lose yourself in this environment of enchanting elegance.

It’s just like you see on the postcards… The beaches bordering the lagoon are stunning and the hills dotted with coconut palms give the island a delightfully exotic feel. Here, time stands still as you soak up the charm of this completely unspoilt little island.
To see and do - Visit l’Union Estate, where you can meet giant tortoises; take a trip to Veuve bird reserve; go on a boat trip to Cocos Island; hike up to Nid d’Aigle, the highest point on the island; go on a glass-bottom kayak trip on the lagoon.
Already planned for sunset - Champagne apéritif and canapés at the hotel bar.

Transfer to the port and ferry crossing to Praslin. Pick up your second hire car and settle in for four nights at your final charming accommodation, facing the Côte d’Or bay and overlooking the Anse Gouvernement beach. Its architecture makes the most of the idyllic setting with a stepped structure. The rooms overlook the ocean, stretching as far as the eye can see. The sophisticated décor combines wood and cane, perfectly in keeping with the distinctly Seychellois spirit of the place. Paths with exotic scents wind through the estate, leading to the swimming pool and its beautiful terrace, and to the restaurant housed in a dazzling white Creole building. Below, a golden beach runs along the turquoise sea.
Optional - A private day trip hiking along the south coast, from cove to cove.

The second largest island in the Seychelles is nothing short of paradise. Its coral sand beaches, shaded by coconut palms, border crystal-clear waters that invite you to take a dip. The island’s natural wealth encourages contemplation and inspires exploration.
Not to be missed - The Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve in Praslin National Park. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this natural sanctuary is criss-crossed by an interesting network of marked trails, ideal for plenty of easy hikes. The routes are open and let you glimpse many species endemic to the archipelago: The famous coco de mer sea coconut palm, for example, which produces the largest nut in the world - the “coco fesse” with its rather suggestive bum-like shape; rare pairs of black parrots; and incredible Seychelles skinks.
Optional - A day trip to the island of Curieuse.

Flight to Mahé, access to the airport lounge, then return international flight. Night spent on the plane, arrival the next day.

À la carte

This suggested itinerary can be customisable down to the smallest detail, including duration, stops and content. An à la carte menu of experiences is also available to create a journey that reflects who you are.

Kayaking through the mangroves

Explore the mangrove with a private guide and discover a very different side of the Seychelles, dotted with granite rocks, where fresh and salt water meet. This kayak trip leads to a hidden cove, winding past coconut trees mirrored in the river. Only a few birds, such as herons or tropic-birds, break the silence. Indulge in a moment off the beaten path, in a wild and very secluded corner of Mahé.

Hiking along the south coast

This morning hike links Anse Source d’Argent to Grand Anse via Anse Marron. Before starting the expedition, warm up with a short bike ride through the streets of La Digue to reach L’Union Estate, the departure of the trail where many of the island’s highlights are found. At the far end of Source d’Argent cove, the path weaves through granite rocks and crystal-clear inlets, beneath coconut palms and takamaka trees. It continues out of sight — hidden from casual tourists — and leads to several lesser-known, yet equally beautiful, beaches. After two hours of walking, with time for photo breaks, birdwatching of endemic species, and fruit picking, you reach Anse Marron. Contrary to what its name suggests, it is known for its crystal-clear, turquoise natural pools sheltered by granite boulders. You stop here to enjoy snorkelling, lunch, and a nap under the coconut trees, before setting off again towards Anse Songe, then Grand Anse. The private guide leads the way along a path that becomes steeper, winding through the lush vegetation.

A full day on Curieuse Island

A true sanctuary for Aldabra giant tortoises, the island also preserves the remains of a former leper colony and the doctor’s house, now a small museum no visitor should miss. You venture a little further inland, walking through the mangroves before reaching Laraie Bay. You then put on masks and snorkels for a snorkelling session in the heart of a life-sized aquarium. Lunch takes the form of a barbecue, prepared and served for you on the beach.
