Dubai - Seychelles - Praslin
From skyscrapers to the Indian Ocean
Your accommodations
These have been selected for their elegance, attentive service, and the connection they naturally create with their surroundings. Starting with your hotel in Dubai, located amidst the most impressive buildings in the Downtown district, yet still intimate. You can even catch a glimpse of the tallest tower in the world - or at least part of it - from your room. On the island of Praslin, your villa nestles between tropical vegetation and turquoise waters. Clinging to the hillside, it offers wonderful views of the Indian Ocean. An exclusive setting and a promise of tranquillity, comfort and high-end services: a butler attentive to your every wish, a private pool, a spa, two restaurants and several bars where you can admire the sunset… Unless you prefer the powdery sand of the beautiful Anse Lazio beach, just a stone’s throw away.Itinerary
100% customisable for you
Night spent on the plane, arrival the next day.
Welcome on arrival, fast-track through police and customs formalities, then a private transfer to the Downtown district, the oldest part of Dubai. You’ll spend three nights in a building that doesn’t aim for altitude records. Just nine floors are enough to offer spacious areas where modern elegance breathes. In the rooms, contemporary curves echo the Arabesque-inspired décor. Some even overlook the tallest tower in the world. The outdoor pool will let you cool down on the hottest days.
Once a fishing village, Dubai now appears like a towering mirage at the edge of the desert. Travellers can quickly lose their bearings here, surrounded by enormous shopping centres, luxury souks and spectacular fountains. Several artificial islands have even sprung up along the coast, including the astonishing Palm Islands, which stretch out like a giant palm tree in the waters of the Persian Gulf.
On your itinerary - A day exploring Dubai with an expat. Having lived here for several years, your guide knows Dubai like the back of their hand. In their company, you’ll set off on foot to explore this city-state, tailoring the walk to suit your wishes and preferences. For example, you can stroll through the historic alleys of the Deira district, where spice souks, small art galleries and beautiful homes await, such as Heritage House, the former residence of a pearl merchant. Spontaneous and fully customisable, this walk invites you to share a slice of life and chat about everyday life in Dubai.
Optional - A private day trip to Abu Dhabi.
Private transfer to the airport and flight to Mahé, then a short flight to the island of Praslin. Another private transfer to the area around Anse Lazio, in the north-east of the island. Settle in for four nights in paradise, in an idyllic hamlet made up of elegant villas perched on the hillside, each offering wonderful views of the Indian Ocean. Nestled among lush tropical vegetation, they offer guests an exclusive setting, promising peace and quiet, comfort and top-quality amenities. On site, you’ll have a butler at your disposal to cater to your every need, a private swimming pool, a spa, two restaurants and several bars where you can admire the sunset.
You will also have access to a hire car for four days, allowing you to explore the area at your leisure.
Praslin is a true paradise with coral sand beaches fringed with coconut palms, and it’s here that your trip is brought to a delightful close. While the coastline offers magnificent expanses of golden sand, the inland areas also boast remarkable attractions. Among them is a 20-hectare (50-acre) forest, the Vallée de Mai. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is home to exceptional endemic flora and fauna. It’s here that the sea coconut palm, the coco de mer, grows, a plant that produces the famous “coco fesse” nuts with their rather suggestive bum-like shape.
On your itinerary - Champagne at sunset. What better way to end the day than by admiring the setting sun and its golden light through the bubbles of a glass of champagne?
Things to do - Enjoy breakfast overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean; have a nap by the pool before heading out for a swim at Anse Lazio; take a boat trip to explore Cocos Island, whose waters are classified as a national marine park; go snorkelling and see turtles, spotted eagle rays, parrotfish, blue damselfish, redbar anthias, etc.; enjoy the breeze while perfecting your windsurfing skills; treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation with a couples massage at the spa; try scuba diving or improve your skills; work on your swing at the magnificent golf course (the most beautiful in the archipelago) and marvel at the views along the way; or simply do nothing…
Optional - Spend a day exploring the island of La Digue by bike.
Private transfer to the airport and flight to Mahé, then hop on your international flight home. Overnight flight arriving the following day.
À la carte
This suggested itinerary can be customisable down to the smallest detail, including duration, stops and content. An à la carte menu of experiences is also available to create a journey that reflects who you are.
One day in Abu Dhabi
Just over an hour’s drive and you’re in Abu Dhabi, a fascinating city where you discover the main sights with a guide. The day begins at the ecumenical House of the Brothers of Abraham, a cultural and spiritual site conceived as a space of tolerance. The tour continues with the unmissable - and impressive - new Louvre, designed by Jean Nouvel (self-tour). The collections fully embody the concept of a universal museum. After lunch amid the hustle and bustle of the fish market, head to the sumptuous halls of Qasr Al Watan, the Palace of the Nation, then to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which holds several world records: the largest chandelier and the largest carpet in the world, as well as being the largest marble building ever constructed.Optional: Guide and private driver
La Digue island by bicycle
Take a short boat crossing to reach the shores of La Digue island. The beaches bordered by the lagoon are superb, and the hills dotted with coconut palms lend the island a delicious sense of exoticism. Time stands still here. A bike ride allows you to discover this small, authentic and wonderfully preserved island at your own pace.
