Voyageurs du Monde is a French travel agency and tour operator that, through its website https://www.voyageursdumonde.com (hereinafter the “Site”), designs and sells bespoke trips to destinations around the world.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) are intended to apply exclusively between Voyageurs du Monde and any person wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered via the Site (hereinafter, the “User”).
Any use of the services offered via the Site automatically entails the acceptance of these T&Cs. We invite you to read them carefully.
Please note that the provisions of these T&Cs may be subject to change, in particular as a result of legislative and/or regulatory changes, without Voyageurs du Monde incurring any liability. Amendments shall take effect upon their publication on the Site (unless otherwise stated). Site : the Voyageurs du Monde website, accessible at https://www.voyageursdumonde.com
User : any internet user who browses and/or uses the services offered by Voyageurs du Monde via the Site.
Services : all services offered by Voyageurs du Monde, namely travel services and related services.
Prospect : any internet user browsing the Site.
Client : any internet user who, after accessing the Site, (i) subscribes to the Newsletter, and/or (ii) submits a request for a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a travel service proposal received from Voyageurs du Monde.
The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the Services remain at their own expense. Voyageurs du Monde may not be held liable for any internet connection issues attributable to the User’s equipment and/or service provider (such as reduced bandwidth or interrupted connection).
Via the Site, Users have access to the following information and/or Services:
Voyageurs du Monde will make every effort to ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to any outages or maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
For the purposes of proper Site management, Voyageurs du Monde may at any time:
Voyageurs du Monde shall not be held liable in the event of any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption preventing access to the Site or any of its features.
The equipment used to access the Site remains the User’s responsibility. Users must take all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and personal data, in particular against online viral attacks. . Voyageurs du Monde shall not be held liable, the User remaining solely responsible for the websites and data accessed.
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these T&Cs, public order and accepted standards of conduct, and in compliance with intellectual property rights and image rights. Failure to comply may result in Voyageurs du Monde holding the User liable.
Users must keep any login details and passwords allowing access to the Site or any part thereof strictly confidential and must not allow any third party to use them.

Content and materials available on the Site, operated, licensed or controlled by Voyageurs du Monde, may only be copied by a User for personal use. Any modification or use for other purposes constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Voyageurs du Monde and/or its licensors.

Any unauthorised use of the Trademarks is prohibited. No part of the Services or the T&Cs shall be construed as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Trademark without the prior written consent of Voyageurs du Monde.
