We may transfer your personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that the recipient provides an adequate level of protection for your personal data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such measures may include:

As a data subject, you have various rights. These rights are not absolute, and each of them is subject to certain conditions in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national laws.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, about how we process your personal data, or if you wish to exercise any of your rights, you may contact us by email at dpd@voyageursdumonde.fr or by post at the following address: Customer Relations Department, 55 rue Sainte-Anne, 75002 Paris.
All requests will be reviewed within the time limits set out by applicable law. Please note, however, that certain personal data may be exempt from such requests in specific circumstances, in particular if we need to continue processing your personal data for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. Exercising your right of access (or any other right) will not give rise to any fees. However, in some cases, we may refuse to act on a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the requested information (or to exercise your other rights). This is an appropriate security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to a person who is not entitled to receive it.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, or if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the Applicable Legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
