Signing up for a trip that can be booked online through our website:
For certain trips, you can sign up online at www.voyageursdumonde.fr directly from the trip description page.
A deposit of 35% (or the full amount if departure is less than 35 days away) will be required via secure payment. A Voyageurs travel specialist will contact you and send you an invoice together with a quote detailing the trip.

• via our website
The simplest way to sign up is to use the online registration process on our website (My Account / My Online Quote). Once your quote has been prepared, you can view and accept it directly on our website. Following acceptance, and via secure payment, you will be required to pay a deposit (or the full amount if departure is less than 35 days away) in order for bookings to be confirmed. To access your quote in your client account area on the homepage, please use the login details provided by your Voyageurs specialist.
• by post, fax or in person at one of our agencies
To confirm your registration, please enclose a cheque or a direct debit authorisation corresponding to a 35% deposit with your signed registration form (or the full amount if departure is less than 35 days away).
IMPORTANT:
• If registration takes place less than 35 days before departure, the full amount of the trip must be paid.
• If registration takes place less than 15 days before departure, payment may only be made in cash or by credit card.
For all registrations, please ensure that the names and addresses of each participant are provided exactly as they appear on their identity documents (please pay particular attention to birth names/maiden names). Registration entails the payment of service fees, ranging from $8 to $50 per person or per booking, depending on the destination and type of trip.
An invoice confirming your registration will be issued or sent to you.
NB : This document indicates the name of your designated contact person, who will remain available to assist you up to the time of departure.
Without further notice from us, we will request payment of the outstanding balance no later than 35 days before departure. You can pay this balance:
• directly on our website via secure payment. (My Account / My Online Quote)
• by fax with written direct debit authorisation.
• by post using the detachable payment slip attached to the invoice.
1) Tranquility insurance (Product Information Document)
• A bespoke support and assistance service before, during and after your trip, provided by our specialised Voyageurs travel insurance team.
• Cancellation cover, including reimbursement of cancellation fees in the event of an impediment prior to departure, such as:
- cancellation for medical reasons, including chronic or pre-existing illnesses, accident or death
- “All justified causes” cancellation: any fortuitous, unforeseeable, sudden and justifiable event preventing travel.
• In the event of hospitalisation during the trip and/or medical repatriation: reimbursement of unused services.
• If medical repatriation occurs at least three days before the originally scheduled return date: replacement trip.
• Special pandemic cover (COVID – cancellation in the event of a positive test up to 10 days before departure / quarantine costs / reimbursement of unused services due to quarantine / …)

2) Tranquility Credit Card Insurance (Product Information Document)
• Complements and enhances the cover provided by your credit card insurance (provided that all participants are covered by the credit card used to pay for the trip).
• Insurance compatible only with the following credit cards: “Visa Premier”, “Gold Mastercard”, “Infinite”, “Amex”, “Platinum”, which include cancellation and medical repatriation assistance cover.
• Please note: this insurance applies only after refusal or partial reimbursement by the credit card insurance provider.
