Welcome at Split airport by our local representative, assistance with luggage and transfer by private vehicle to the port. Then, hydrofoil crossing to the island of Hvar, where another private transfer takes you from the port to the hotel. Stay for three nights in a beautifully restored old farmhouse, nestled on the edge of a small cove where the blues and greens blend together in ever-changing hues. The rustic chic spirit has taken hold resulting in beautiful surroundings of pine trees and scrubland. Stone, wood and glass for the buildings; linen and cotton for the bedding and table linen - everything is perfect. The bright rooms combine holiday impressions and aesthetic emotions (as well as being perfect from a practical point of view). There are 15 of them and, as hoped, they open onto the bay. The aromatic garden slopes down towards the sea and provides intimate little corners under the olive trees. Sun loungers await at the water's edge. Guests can sit on the terraces for an aperitif. Ceviche, tataki and octopus can be enjoyed under the trees. The cellar stocks bottles from France, Italy and Croatia. A small spa offers personalised, professional and attentive treatments. From the pontoons, you can sunbathe or dive, depending on your preference.
Hvar is elegant and quaint and frequently tops the list of the world's most beautiful islands, alongside Capri, Zanzibar and Mykonos. Yet it has not lost its soul and jealously preserves its Mediterranean nature of hills covered with scrubland and a coastline dotted with paradise islands. All of this has been carefully maintained by generations of locals. As a bonus, it enjoys record levels of sunshine. You can explore it along narrow pastoral paths. It is perfumed with the scent of lavender and pine. And don't overlook the small coves that make its jagged coastline a string of pleasant surprises.

This winding succession of coves and inlets lined with rocks and beaches still covered with trees irresistibly evokes the lost paradise of the Mediterranean - a distant era when the land was still covered with forests. They are best explored by sailing boat. You can sail around the three main islands (Saint Clement, Marinkovac and Jerolim), stop in small bays with crystal-clear waters and dive into wild coves. In short, you can enjoy all the charms that the Adriatic has to offer.
Private transfer to the port and hydrofoil crossing to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, another private transfer to the upper part of the city. Stay for two nights on the slopes of Mount Srd (pronounced seurdje), which is a few minutes' drive from the city walls. This 16th-century former summer residence of a noble Ragusan family has been completely redesigned, skilfully combining historical architecture with contemporary design. Spread across three buildings, the rooms and suites charm with their simplicity and elegance, playing with warm tones, beautiful natural light and touches of wood. A cabinet of curiosities distils fascinating stories about Dubrovnik. In the kitchen, creativity reigns supreme, promising a truly exceptional gastronomic experience. As for the swimming pool, it blends seamlessly into the gardens and the sparkling sea.
Surrounded by medieval ramparts where the waves come crashing in, Dubrovnik never fails to amaze with its cobbled, flower-filled streets, palaces and convents. You can stroll through the ages, from Romanesque and Gothic to High Renaissance and Baroque.
On your itinerary - A private tour of Dubrovnik's old town. The ramparts of ancient Ragusa enclose a museum city of exceptional value, which you can explore with a private guide. You can visit the Minorite monastery, which is a 14th-century Romanesque marvel that houses a very venerable apothecary, the old Sephardic synagogue from the same period, which is still in use, and the moving Gothic-Renaissance Church of St. Saviour, which dates from the 16th century. As for the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin (17th-18th centuries), it is perhaps the most beautiful expression of Roman Baroque east of the Adriatic.
Transfer by private vehicle from Dubrovnik to the Bay of Kotor (Montenegro) for a smoother border crossing. Once you reach the entrance to the bay, you will need to transfer by boat as your new accommodation is located on an island. Stay for two nights in this 19th-century fortress, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Let's be clear, the renovation of this historic building is absolutely wonderful. The 30 or so rooms and suites, like the rest of the building, feature elegant contemporary decor, where natural stone rubs shoulders with aged brass, solid oak and sustainable materials. The light, natural colours seem to complement the gentle curves of the circular building. In some rooms, you can fall asleep admiring the original frescoes painted on the ceiling. The former rampart walk now houses a terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The pool area and sun loungers occupy the inner courtyard. On site, guests are pampered by the spa, a mixology bar inspired by the world of speakeasies and three restaurants, including a gourmet restaurant. The latter is a stylish setting that combines local and seasonal produce with a splendid wine list. To the north of the island, a beach has been created to provide incredible views of the bay. Finally, the hotel also acts as a patron of the arts, welcoming artists in residence to its studio. Works by local artists can be found throughout the hotel. It's nothing short of perfection.
A tour of the inlets and walks in the hinterland hold some lovely surprises. The small towns of Herceg Novi, Risan and Perast still radiate the importance of their maritime past and hide secret corners where you can share octopus salad, baklava or pomegranate syrup. To the south-east of Herceg Novi is the village of Baosici, which preserves a house where Pierre Loti lived out his Montenegrin love affairs with Pasquala Ivanovitch. Cetinje, the country's historic capital, and Lovcen Park do not require too much driving and are well worth the time spent visiting them - the road from Kotor to the summit of Mount Lovcen reveals spectacular views of the Dinaric Alps. And all this is now brimming with art, history and epic tales, so it no longer intimidates visitors. Instead, they quickly feel an affinity with the region.

The old town of Split is based on a single monumental complex: the palace that Emperor Diocletian built at the end of the 3rd century to spend his retirement in his homeland. There were residential buildings, a temple of Jupiter, baths, barracks, etc. The walls of Diocletian’s Palace still grace the waterfront today. In the Middle Ages, as houses were built both inside and outside the palace, its structure split at the seams and transformed it into a town. The emperor’s mausoleum was converted into a Christian church (with a 12th-century bell tower and a 17th-century choir; it is now the Cathedral of Saint Domnius). Venetian architects also came here to showcase their craft. With its hidden corners, ancient stones, columns, arches, and little squares perfect for sipping maraschino and enjoying crêpes.. UNESCO certified.
