During a stay in Riga, the largest Baltic capital, you will inevitably be under the spell of its nostalgic yet energetic atmosphere – nocturnal and cultural, eclectic in a way that allows Latvia to distinguish itself from its two almost conjoined sisters, Lithuania and Estonia..
